1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Neighbour Web, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service includes website design, hosting, maintenance, and support for local businesses.

2. Monthly Subscription

Our service is provided on a monthly subscription basis at £50 per month:

  • No setup fee
  • Billing occurs monthly in advance
  • Subscription continues until cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will only be charged after you approve your demo website. If you cancel, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Website Content

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Ensuring content complies with applicable laws
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for images and content

We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that is illegal, offensive, or violates these terms.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Third-party service outages (hosting, domain, etc.)
  • Issues beyond our reasonable control

6. Updates and Changes

Small updates and changes are included in your monthly subscription. Major redesigns or additional features may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  • Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • After cancellation, your website will be taken offline

8. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee:

  • You only pay after approving your demo website
  • If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund
  • After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion

9. Intellectual Property

You own the content you provide. We retain rights to the website design and structure. Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the current month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
